Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you want to return your purchase. This way, we can tell you where to send your return and reimburse you when it’s received.
Note: Returns only apply to Ready-Made stencils. If you have ordered a custom stencil you won’t be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
10-Day Custom Stencil Approval
Please double-check all the artwork details including spelling, spacing, layout, edges, and dimensions then let us know if you approve the design. Otherwise, please provide your change request with accurate and complete details for revision within 10 days, or else it will be automatically approved and processed.
Stencil Monkey will NOT be accountable for any typos or design errors once the proof has been approved or the 10-day approval period has passed.
Once you have approved a Custom design via any of our communication channels we will not be accountable for any typos or design errors. Please make sure that you’re satisfied with the final product since you will not be eligible for a refund once the stencil is packed and shipped.
Custom Designs have a maximum of 5 free edits. All edits exceeding the 5th revision will be subject to a $15 fee per edit.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from when the order is placed. If 24 hours have gone by we will not be able to cancel your order or issue a refund.
If your order is already in the design phase, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
