We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for faster shipping. There is two class of shipping method available. One is ‘Standard Shipping‘ and another is ‘Expedited Shipping‘. Expedited shipping is available and it will be costly than standard shipping.
Once a customer place order at our shop we start the processing immediately. The customer will receive a proof file of the design of their sample. Generally, it takes less than 24 hours. Once we get the approval from our customers we cut it immediately and ship the product on the same day.
So the whole process takes a maximum of 7 days.
Before shipping, you can check the status of your product on the Order Tracking page. Once we ship your product you will get a tracking number of the shipping company. Using that you can track your order from the specific shipping vendor’s website.
It’s not compulsory to register for an account to make a purchase. You are allowed to make purchases without an account. We suggest registering for an account to maintain better communications and services.

United States Shipping
Orders placed within the United States will be shipped from our fulfillment center located within the country. This allows us to deliver your order within 5-7 days, making it easy and convenient for you to receive your custom stencils. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping for customers in the US.
International Shipping
For international orders, we have multiple warehouses in the US and Germany. We assess each order carefully and ship from the nearest warehouse to your location to ensure fast delivery times. Our international customers in Europe can expect delivery within 10-15 business days, depending on their location.
At Stencilmonkey, we understand the importance of getting your custom stencils to you as soon as possible. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options for all our customers, allowing you to start creating with confidence.

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the stencil. After 14 days, we will not accept any returns.
2. The stencil must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any stencil that has been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
3. To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the stencil.
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the stencil back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records.
5. Once we receive the stencil and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the stencil. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping.
6. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
7. If you received a defective stencil or if we made an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement stencil if necessary.
