How to Order:

All you have to do is purchase this custom stencil and send us your image. Our design team will turn it into stencils within 12 hours after purchase and will send you proof of the design. Once you approve the design we will move to the final step which is shipping.

Select the mug type you have or want the stencil to use on.

Proof: Proof will be delivered through the message section.

You can approve it by replying or can also request changes. Once we get approval from you we will be cutting the stencils and ship them to you as soon as possible. Shipping generally takes a maximum of 7 days. Our customers generally getting the shipment within 3-5 days.

USA Shipping

All the orders from the United States are shipped from our fulfillment center in the same location. So we are able to deliver products within 7-10 days maximum in the USA.

International Shipping

Orders from the other countries are been shipped from the USA and Germany based on distance. We do shipment from the nearest warehouse.
European shipments are done from our warehouse in Germany. It takes 10-15days based on customer's location

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
