I really struggled with your ordering process. Placing the order and uploading the stencil design was easy, but there was no clear indication that I would need to approve a proof before production.
The bigger problem was that I was forced to use the Shop app, which was connected to an old throwaway email address I rarely check. So your team was emailing that address waiting for an approval I didn't even know I needed to provide.
What makes this especially confusing is that after holding the order for quite a while waiting for my approval, you eventually printed it anyway. So I'm not really sure why the approval was necessary in the first place, especially for a simple black-and-white stencil.
Shipping also took much longer than I expected, making the entire process feel unnecessarily slow.
I think you could do a lot to streamline this. If customer approval is required before production, that needs to be made very obvious during checkout. When I purchase something online, I'm expecting to place the order and receive it in the mail. I'm not expecting additional homework before you can make the product I already paid for.
