FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes! From simple lettering to intricate logos and detailed artwork, our experienced designers can turn designs of any complexity into a stencil. Just upload what you have - we'll handle the preparation. You don't need a cut-ready file or any design experience.

Yes. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, we'll send you a digital design preview, called a proof. You can check the design, spelling, artwork dimensions, and overall sheet size, and request changes. We only produce your stencil after you approve the final design.

The size you select refers to the artwork you'll paint. We add a border around it, so the full stencil sheet is larger. If the entire sheet must fit inside a fixed space, tell us before approval. Check both measurements in your proof.

Yes! Our stencils are made from durable 14-mil Mylar and can be reused hundreds of times with proper care. Their lifespan depends on the design and how they're handled and cleaned. Fine details need a little extra care, but you can use the same stencil across plenty of items and projects.

We'll send your design proof within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once you approve it, we typically need another 1-2 business days to produce and ship your stencil. Delivery time then depends on your destination and shipping service. Additional design revisions can extend the overall turnaround.

Your order includes unlimited design revisions, so you can request changes until you're happy with the result. If you decide not to proceed, our pre-approval money-back guarantee lets you cancel for a full refund before approving your design. Changes to the ordered size, quantity, or number of layers may affect the price - we'll confirm that with you first.
